My approach

Psychoanalytic Therapy and Psychoanalysis

  • Allowing expressions to arise naturally, without immediately trying to make sense of them. Sometimes, just speaking freely can lead to unexpected insights.

  • Noticing how certain feelings or thoughts recur, appearing in similar ways across different moments. It’s not about tracing them to a single origin but about observing how they continue to shape experience.

  • Questioning fixed ideas or assumptions that seem to confine your sense of self or understanding of situations.

  • Observing recurring patterns in how you relate to others and yourself. Sometimes, just recognizing these patterns shifts how you engage with them.

  • Creating a space to speak openly without needing to make sense of everything immediately. Sometimes, understanding emerges without intentional effort.

  • Exploring how your sense of self shifts according to context, rather than trying to define it once and for all.

  • Finding space to be curious and playful about your desire, rather than feeling pressured to understand or control it completely.
